I had a hilarious experience at Wagamama on its opening night.

I wanted to order the cheesecake for dessert, but they were all out so, oh well, I ordered the banana split instead.

A bit later the waitron came over and said they were all out of bananas, so I changed my order to a bowl of ice cream, and they gave me a free coffee for the inconvenience.

But then things got a bit weird. When our desserts came, I found myself with both the bowl of ice cream and a banana split.

Fortunately only the ice cream was charged for, and my posse was happy to help eat it.

But, yah, it's a fun environment (albeit a little food-courty at times), good service, and it'll be even better in summer.
